PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Mar. 22, 2019) - In partnership with Naval Surface Warfare Center (NAVSEA), Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) was blissful to host the 2019 Naval Innovative Science & Engineering Technical Exchange Meeting (NISE TEM) at Naval Base Ventura County Port Hueneme (NBVC).
